House Arsia

House Arsia is one of the Great Houses of the Outer Belt. Originally a ruling Technocrat dynasty on Mars, their patriarch Viktor Arsia, was the one that banished Adam Mons and his followers to Europa, among them his own son Leo Arsia, a devout follower of the prophet Adam. Because of this the Arsia family had a tenuous relationship with the early Church. Leo was eventually crucified for his commitment to the Church by Gian and is seen as a martyr. Leo II Arsia is seen is seen as a prophet by the Heliolite religion and was also martyred. Leo II's daughter Arabella Arsia was also the founder of the Pentacost branch of Heliolism and the cause of the Great Schism with the Orthodox Heliolite Church.
